A beauty chain asked us to compare mail-out versus email pressures exercised by their competitors on “pure Web” purchasers in relation to those exercised on different profiles of in-store buyers as generated and monitored by B.L.O.
Our study indicated that this pressure was as important as that exercised on the best in-shop customers of this mark.
